The thing is I don't "know". But Matt is right they do appear to be the neighborhood of the country club, but I second-guessed myself about saying so because the houses look cheap to me.
I think that when you are building a 5000 Square foot home (Which the house pictured has got to be at a bare minimum) covering the entire surface with bricks or rocks gets to be more costly than it is worth, since everyone can already tell you are fabulously wealthy by the size of the home.
Also there is only one place in the county where people are pretentious enough to need that large of a home for them, their 2.5 kids, and nanny.
